HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPRO Heritage, seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Cameron, NC. This role offers full-time or part-time schedules, W-2 employment, mentorship, and a supportive, child-centered setting.

You will assess and treat pediatric clients, develop and implement plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help children reach milestones.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid North Carolina licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; capable of developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Treatment and Education: Create personalized treatment plans to meet clients' goals and teach families how to use adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with standards.
• Advocacy and Support: Help clients access community resources and accommodations.

Pay: $40–$46/hour

Monday–Friday

Approximately 30 billable hours per week
