Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; educate families on daily activities and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, progress, and plans in compliance with standards.
• Advocate for client needs and connect them with community resources and accommodations.
