Premier Pediatric Therapy, located in Texarkana, TX, is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) specialized in pediatrics for in-home and hybrid therapy sessions. This part-time/PRN role offers flexible scheduling and a starting pay of $70 per session, with sign-on bonus and CEU stipend opportunities.

We prioritize a whole-child approach and collaboration with other therapists to support every aspect of a child’s development in their home environment.

Competenze

• Texas-licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) required.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred; new grads welcome.
• Ability to provide in-home or hybrid therapy sessions.

Mansioni

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in-home or hybrid settings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focusing on fine motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, self-regulation, and play.
• Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation.
