Premier Pediatric Therapy seeks a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in‑home pediatric therapy in Texarkana, TX, with hybrid options. The role emphasizes a playful, collaborative approach and flexible scheduling to fit family needs.

You will develop individualized plans for fine motor, sensory integration, ADLs, self-regulation, and play, while partnering with families and a multidisciplinary team to document progress and outcomes.

Formación

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Texas.
• Pediatric experience preferred (enthusiastic new grads welcome!).
• A playful, patient, and resourceful attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in‑home or hybrid settings.
• Create individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, self-regulation, and play.
• Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation.
