Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a part-time/PTA to provide in-home pediatric therapy in Texarkana, TX and surrounding areas. The role offers PRN and flexible scheduling, with pay starting at $45 per session.

You will work with a compassionate, interdisciplinary team focused on helping children grow in confidence and mobility. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based PT services under supervision, supporting families, and celebrating each child’s progress toward independence.

Qualifications

• Certified and licensed PTA in Texas.
• Pediatrics experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based physical therapy services under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Help children improve strength, coordination, mobility, and participation in daily activities.
• Communicate and collaborate closely with families and fellow clinicians.
• Celebrate every small win on each child’s journey to independence.
