Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home or hybrid pediatric therapy in Texarkana, TX. The role offers PRN, part-time options with flexible scheduling and a starting pay of $70.00 per session, plus sign-on bonus and CEU stipends.

You will collaborate with PTs and SLPs to support a whole-child approach, empower families, and document progress in a supportive, mission-driven team. Pediatric experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Texas required.
• Pediatric experience preferred (enthusiastic new grads welcome!).
• Playful, patient, and resourceful attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging pediatric occupational therapy in-home or hybrid settings.
• Create individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, self-regulation, and play.
• Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation.
