Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Houston and surrounding areas. This PRN/Part-Time role offers flexible scheduling and a starting pay of $70.00 per session, with potential for growth.

You will work with children to improve independence and daily living skills, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and families to deliver individualized care. Pediatric experience preferred; Texas OT license required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Texas.
• Pediatric OT experience preferred.
• Playful, patient, and resourceful attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in-home or hybrid settings.
• Create individualized treatment plans focusing on fine motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, self-regulation and play.
• Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation.
