Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home pediatric OT across Texas service areas. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver customized therapy aimed at improving daily activities, fine motor skills, sensory processing, and social-emotional development for children with developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs)
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
