Job summary

Cortica in Marin County, CA is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat sensory integration, motor and developmental disorders in children using Cortica's Whole Child Approach.

Responsibilities include collaboration with transdisciplinary staff, delivery of in-clinic and telehealth services, documentation, and family education. Licensure, Master's degree, and TB clearance are required, with HIPAA familiarity and safety

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted OT license in state of practice.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• First aid/CPR training.
• TB clearance.
• Ability to complete safety training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Establish OT treatment goals using assessment tools aligned with Cortica's Whole Child Approach.
• Collaborate with transdisciplinary team to create integrated treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and co-treatment sessions as appropriate.
• Contribute to autism diagnostic process with clinical insight and assessments (e.g., ADOS).
• Deliver services in-clinic and via telehealth; document within required time frames.
