Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations using standardized tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
- Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
- Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
- Complete patient charts, progress summaries, and logs in a timely manner.
- Participate in meetings to align with agency expectations and standards.
- Comply with agency policies and home-health regulations.
