Job summary

THERAPY 2000 is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist for home-based services across Texas. You will assess, plan, and deliver OT to children in their homes, coordinating with families and other providers.

Active Texas OT license required; you’ll need flexibility to meet diverse schedules and patient needs, with mileage reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, and access to ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license.
• Reliable with a history of dependability.
• Flexible to shift priorities based on business needs.
• Proficient with common workplace tech (laptop, phone, email, browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians' orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with patients, families and other providers to coordinate care.
• Complete required charting, progress notes and logs in a timely manner.
• Meet agency standards and timelines for documentation and care delivery.
