THERAPY 2000 in Texas is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist to deliver home-based therapy services to children in their own environments. You will perform evaluations, create treatment plans, and partner with families and other clinicians to support each child’s growth and participation.

Competenze

• Active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
• Reliable, innovative, flexible team player.
• Ability to use common workplace tech (laptop, phone, email, browser).

Mansioni

• Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care across providers within the patient’s medical neighborhood.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, logs, and paperwork.
• Maintain understanding of expectations and standards related to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
