Job summary

THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Austin Division, primarily serving the Elgin and Manor area. This part-time role offers benefits and supports home-based therapy for children, focusing on play, self-care, and daily routines in the child’s home environment.

You will work with a diverse population, including bilingual families, and have access to mentorship and ongoing professional development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of pediatric OT experience.
• Experience in home-health settings preferred.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or related pediatric specialties may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Pediatric OT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregiver collaboration.
• Coordinate care with other providers within the patient’s medical team.
• Maintain documentation, meet deadlines, and ensure compliance with policies.
