Job summary

THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Austin Division, serving children in the Elgin/Manor area. This home-based role focuses on helping children participate in daily activities at home, through family-centered therapy and collaborative care with families consiting of diverse backgrounds.

You will develop individualized plans, conduct evaluations, and educate families to carry strategies beyond visits, while growing clinically with our supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current/active Texas OT license.
• 3+ years as a pediatric OT.
• Experience in home-health settings.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or related specialties.
• Willingness to travel between patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers in the patient’s network.
• Meet weekly minimum visit requirements and ensure timely documentation.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and home-health laws.
