Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with providers and coordinate care across disciplines.
• Complete minimum patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, and logs.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and local regulations.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and home-health standards.
