Arbor Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for the Alma School outpatient clinic in Chandler to provide pediatric therapy. You will deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment to help children engage more fully at home, school, and in their communities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Address fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, feeding, and daily living skills.
• Establish measurable goals and monitor progress.
• Educate and coach parents for carryover at home and in the community.
• Collaborate with other care team members and supervise OT assistants.
