Job summary

Arbor Therapy, a pediatric therapy provider in the Phoenix metropolitan area, seeks an Occupational Therapist to join Alma School outpatient clinic in Chandler. You will deliver evidence-based pediatric OT services to support children in daily activities at home, school, and community.

You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive environment that values growth, mentorship, and patient-centered care, with opportunities to advance your clinical skills and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Arizona OT license or eligibility.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Article 9 certification by time of hire.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Address fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, feeding, and ADL skills.
• Set measurable goals and monitor progress.
• Educate and coach parents for carryover at home and in the community.
• Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, and therapy staff.
