Accounting Search is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a family-centered pediatric therapy practice in Chandler, AZ. This full-time role focuses on building and growing a brand-new OT department with a balanced schedule and paid time for documentation.

You will provide engaging therapy, collaborate with families, and help shape the program as it scales, with a 50% productivity model and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed OT or eligible for Arizona licensure.
• Pediatric experience preferred; new grads encouraged.
• Strong communication and family-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy to children and adolescents.
• Treat autism spectrum and developmental challenges.
• Deliver services primarily in an outpatient clinic, with occasional school visits.
• Collaborate with families and fellow therapists to support each child's progress.
