Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide early intervention services for children aged 2–6 in a center-based setting. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to address motor, sensory, feeding, and daily living skills, guided by the ESMD-informed approach.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SLPs, BCBAs, psychologists, and families to set practical goals and deliver individualized therapy, with generous compensation and a clear career growth pathway.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Current license to practice occupational therapy
• Experience working with children preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate occupational therapy for children ages 2–6
• Develop individualized interventions addressing motor, sensory, feeding, and daily living skills
• Conduct assessments and develop coordinated treatment plans with SLPs, BCBAs, psychologists, and other clinicians
• Integrate OT goals into ESMD-informed approach to early intervention
• Support children with autism through naturalistic, engaging, individualized treatment
• Partner with families to develop meaningful goals and practical strategies for outside therapy
• Collaborate with RBTs and other clinicians so OT goals are reinforced throughout each child’s day
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans based on data and clinical judgment
