Job summary

Marshall Pediatric Therapy in Richmond, KY is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to assess and treat children from 0 to 21 across various diagnoses, within a unified care team including PT, SLP, mental health, psychology and ABA.

You will collaborate with families and clinicians, benefiting from administrative support that handles referrals and scheduling, enabling focus on clinical growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Kentucky OT licensure and NBCOT certification.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience collaborating across disciplines.
• Interest in telehealth or telepractice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children ages 0 to 21 across a range of diagnoses.
• Work under one roof with physical therapy, speech therapy, mental health therapy, psychology, and ABA; collaborate with team.
• Parents encouraged to be part of sessions; home carryover is included in every plan.
• Admin and billing teams handle referrals and scheduling to allow more time for patient care and professional growth.
