Job summary

Marshall Pediatric Therapy in Lexington, KY is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide skilled evaluation and treatment for children ages 0–21, maintain a full-time caseload, and educate families on home programs. You will collaborate with families and colleagues to promote growth and participate in ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Current Kentucky licensure in Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT Certification.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled evaluation and treatment for children with diagnoses, ages 0–21 years.
• Maintains and manages a full-time caseload and hits target goals.
• Educates families/caregivers on home program strategies to increase success.
• Participates in continuing education to introduce new treatment techniques.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with families, colleagues, providers and community agencies.

Qualifications

• Current Kentucky licensure in Occupational Therapy
• NBCOT certification
• Strong collaboration and team‑based work ability
• Ability to meet targets and goals and contribute to company growth
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Enjoyment of a fast‑paced, physically active environment
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication
• Experience with or desire to learn Telehealth
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)
