Qualifications
- Must have a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Must hold a Kentucky OT license and NBCOT certification.

Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate pediatric patients.
- Develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy.
- Create treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Help children and families work toward meaningful goals.
- Complete documentation accurately and on time.
