Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with Kentucky license and NBCOT certification.
• CPR and First Aid certification are required.
• Strong collaboration and professional communication are essential, with telehealth experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled evaluation and treatment for children aged 0–21.
• Maintain a full-time caseload and meet targets.
• Educate families on home program strategies to improve outcomes.
• Engage in continuing education and lead new treatment techniques.

Job description

Job Location: Georgetown, KY 40324. Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time. Salary Range: $63,000 - $75,000 per year (plus bonus). Immediate OT for Permanent or Temporary position.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled evaluation & treatment for children with a range of diagnoses, ages 0‑21 years
• Maintain and manage a full‑time caseload and consistently hit target goal
• Educate families/caregivers on home program strategies to increase success
• Participate in continuing education to lead the community with new treatment and evaluation techniques
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with families, colleagues, referral sources, and community agencies
• Manage administrative responsibilities such as timely documentation per discipline guidelines

Qualifications

• Current Kentucky licensure in Occupational Therapy
• NBCOT certification
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Target‑oriented and contribute to company growth
• Fast‑paced, physically active environment adaptability
• Professional communication in verbal and written form
• Experience with or desire to learn Telehealth
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
