PediaStaff is partnering with a respected pediatric therapy organization in Knoxville, Tennessee to recruit a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time, direct-hire role. Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on helping children and families reach their goals while receiving robust mentorship and ongoing professional development.

The position serves children ages 3-9 across Early Intervention to high school, with a flexible schedule and a strong emphasis on family

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Tennessee Occupational Therapist License.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose fine motor, activities of daily living, visual perceptual/visual motor, handwriting, and sensory processing delays
• Provide treatment for fine motor, self‑help, sensory processing, and visual motor challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide family and caregiver education and training
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and daily progress notes
• Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Behavior Analysts, and other team members
• Attend weekly staff and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Participate in off‑site preschool screenings
