PediaStaff is partnering with a leading pediatric therapy provider in Lexington, KY, seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join a clinician-led team. You will evaluate and treat children ages 0-18 with diverse needs in a clinic-based setting.

Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities, with schedule options from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and occasional Saturdays. New grads welcomed with mentorship and robust support to grow your clinical skills and career.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children ages 0-18 for fine motor development, visual motor skills, sensory processing and modulation, executive functioning, and other areas impacting daily activities.
• Assess the impact of developmental challenges on activities of daily living (ADLs), education, play, leisure, sleep, and social participation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to maximize outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in a pediatric outpatient setting.
