Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric therapy in the home setting. The OT will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed occupational therapy for pediatric patients within the home health setting.

The position requires a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, active state licensure, CPR, and a passion for working with children. We offer a full benefits package and tuition reimbursement within a therapist-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current state licensure and CPR certified.
• Pediatric clinical or home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess pediatric patients and administer pediatric OT therapies.
• Instruct families/caregivers on home programs and discharge planning.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain patient records and progress notes and participate in QAPI.
• Attend continuing education activities and expand scope of service.
