MedCare Pediatric in Crosby, TX is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one care and help children reach their full potential. You will evaluate, set tailored goals, and collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure high-quality care.

This full-time role offers a structured schedule with opportunities for mentorship, growth, and flexible compensation options, all within a supportive team focused on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
• Texas Occupational Therapy License (or eligible before start date).
• 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create tailored treatment goals to enhance functional abilities.
• Administer occupational therapy services to improve skills like range of motion, strength, coordination, and activities of daily living.
• Train and support families with techniques and strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care; supervision of assistants is a plus.
