MedCare Pediatric in Houston area is seeking a Home Health Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver one-on-one therapy in homes, daycares, and schools. You’ll develop individualized goals and provide evidence-based services with physician-approved plans of care.

Flexible scheduling includes Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN options, with a sign-on bonus. You’ll be supported by experienced supervisors and a collaborative team focused on pediatric outcomes and family education.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Texas OT license by anticipated start date.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Supervising COTAs experience preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services in accordance with physician-approved Plans of Care.
• Address functional skills including fine motor development, sensory processing, coordination, strength, range of motion, self-care, visual-motor integration, behavioral regulation, and activities of daily living.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate and train families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
