MedCare Pediatric Group, LP in Crosby, TX is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide individualized therapy, assess progress, and design tailored goals for each child. You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver meaningful outcomes in a supportive setting.

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Texas OT license required or eligible before start date.
• 1 year experience preferred, new graduates welcome to apply.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create tailored treatment goals.
• Administer occupational therapy to improve ROM, strength, coordination, and ADLs.
• Train and support families with techniques to reinforce goals at home.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team; supervise assistants is a plus.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Master’s Degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
• Texas Occupational Therapy License (or able to option before anticipated start date)
• 1 year of experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

• Administer occupational therapy services to improve skills like range of motion, strength, coordination, and activities of daily living.
• Train and support families with techniques and strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care; supervision of assistants is a plus.
