Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Pediatrics Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient clinic in the Kansas City area, serving children ages 3–6, with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder. You’ll have flexibility to choose full-time or part-time hours and build an established pediatric caseload.

You will provide 1:1 therapy, 30–60 minute sessions, complete evaluations, document with OpenEMR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive setting with room for leadership

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist.
• COTA also welcome.
• Interest in working with a pediatric population.
• Comfortable working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy to children (mostly ages 3–6).
• Work primarily with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions lasting approximately 30–60 minutes.
• Complete evaluations, typically scheduled for approximately 90 minutes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric professionals.
• Complete documentation using OpenEMR.
• Manage your daily caseload and schedule within clinic operating hours.
