Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search is assisting a pediatric outpatient clinic in the Kansas City metro area in their search for an Occupational Therapist.

The role focuses on children, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and offers a flexible schedule with full-time or part-time options. Caseload is established, caseload sizes are manageable, and the therapist will work 1:1 with children, typically ages 3–6, within an ABA-based setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist; COTA welcome.
• Interest in pediatric populations, especially young children.
• Comfortable working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to individualized, child-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy to children aged 3–6.
• Work primarily with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Deliver 30–60 minute 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Complete evaluations typically ~90 minutes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric team.
• Manage daily caseload within clinic hours.
