Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for a growing outpatient pediatric clinic in the Kansas City metro area, with locations in Gladstone or Lee's Summit, MO. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules and a competitive compensation range of $80,000–$130,000+ per year.

You will provide 1:1 therapy to young children (primarily ages 3–6) with Autism Spectrum Disorder in an ABA-based setting, with evaluations and ongoing documentation using OpenEMR, and a strong

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist or eligible to practice in MO.
• COTA welcomed as part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy to children (ages 3–6).
• Work primarily with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions lasting ~30–60 minutes.
• Complete evaluations (~90 minutes).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric team.
• Complete documentation using OpenEMR.
• Manage daily caseload and schedule within clinic hours.
