Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a growing outpatient clinic in the Kansas City metro area (Gladstone or Lee's Summit, MO). The role offers full-time or part-time schedules with flexible hours to match your preferences.

You will provide 1:1 OT for children, primarily ages 3–6, with Autism Spectrum Disorder, within an ABA-based setting. Expect collaborative teamwork, diverse caseload, and opportunities for leadership as the clinic expands.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist with pediatric interest.
• Comfort working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to children aged 3–6, ASD focus.
• Complete evaluations and document sessions; use OpenEMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary pediatric team and manage caseload.
