Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in the Kansas City area is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a growing outpatient pediatric clinic serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role offers options for full-time or part-time hours and a flexible, patient-centered approach.

You will work with ages 3–6, provide 1:1 therapy sessions, complete evaluations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an ABA-based setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or license-eligible; COTA welcome.
• Interest in pediatric population and autism spectrum disorders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy to children aged approximately 3–6.
• Work mainly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions of about 30–60 minutes.
• Complete evaluations typically scheduled around 90 minutes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric team.
• Document using OpenEMR.
• Manage daily caseload and clinic hours.
