Netpace Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) in Spring, TX to provide pediatric therapy services across a flexible schedule.

The role offers full-time and part-time options with a mix of 10-hour days and 8 AM–7 PM windows, plus a comprehensive benefits package and sign-on options. Compensation includes $56–$72 per billable hour, $70 per evaluation, and $70,000–$85,000 annually for the full-time hourly model, plus health, PTO, and retirement benefits to support professional

Qualificações

• Active Texas OT license.
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (or eligible under grandfathering).
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with children, families and teams.
• Adaptability and interest in professional growth and clinical innovation.
