Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric ABA and multidisciplinary team in Killeen, Texas. The OT will support 0-21 year olds in an in-center outpatient setting, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends.

The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a compensation range of $45–$55 per hour for direct clinical and non-billable work.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current State Occupational Therapist license.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric OT services for ages 0-21 in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, psychologists, therapists, teachers, and parents.
• Develop and monitor evaluation and treatment plans; conduct screenings and parent education.
