Formación

• Active Texas OT license.
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (or eligible under grandfathering).

Compensation: $56–$72 per billable hour | $70 per evaluation |

Qualifications

• Active Texas Occupational Therapist license.
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, unless eligible under applicable grandfathering provisions.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Passion for helping children develop functional skills and achieve developmental milestones.
• Adaptability and interest in professional growth and clinical innovation.
• Flexible Scheduling: Full-time and part-time options available; four 10-hour days, Monday–Thursday, typically 8 AM–7 PM, with flexibility.
• Competitive Compensation: $56–$72 per billable hour, $70 per evaluation, or $70,000–$85,000 annually under the full-time hourly model.
