Job summary

Kindering Center in Redmond, WA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric therapy across center, home, and community settings. You will educate families, design adaptive equipment, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to support children's developmental goals.

We value experience with infant feeding, diverse populations, and robust documentation. Washington license required; bilingual skills and neurodevelopmental training are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a Washington State DOH OT license or be in process
• Experience in pediatric therapy and family coaching beneficial
• Spanish language proficiency preferred
• Training in neurodevelopmental treatment techniques preferred
• Experience with diverse populations encouraged
• Infant feeding experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and reliability essential
• Confidentiality and accurate documentation required

Responsibilities

• Assess each child’s functional skills and design/implement treatment plans
• Educate families and caregivers in therapeutic interventions
• Coordinate referrals to community or Kindering programs
• Supervise student therapists
• Provide care coordination and Medicaid program support
• Evaluate home, daycare, or school contexts for therapy planning
• Participate in interdisciplinary team care and program development
• Coordinate enrollment and transitions to Kindering programs
• Facilitate IFSP conferences with Family Resource Coordinator
