Job summary

Children’s Therapy Center in Washington state is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time onsite role. The incumbent will participate in a multidisciplinary ESIT team to conduct evaluations, plan IFSPs, and support families across cultural contexts.

The position emphasizes family-centered services, coaching caregivers in home and telehealth settings, and collaboration to promote child development and well-being. Onsite schedule with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Washington state.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate on a multi-disciplinary team to conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments informing eligibility and IFSP.
• Educate parents about child development across cultures.
• Provide coaching to caregivers in-home, telehealth, or natural environments.
• Coach families to implement culturally relevant routines for child well-being.
• Collaborate with ESIT team to develop/implement IFSP supporting diverse identities.
• Build relationships with families and community partners to meet needs.
• Attend team meetings and trainings as an active ESIT member.
• Incorporate cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic diversity into daily routines.
• Promote warm attachments and healthy interactions.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and timelines.
