Qualifikationen

• Must have NBCOT certification and active Washington State OT license.

• Ability to collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.

Aufgaben

• Screen occupational therapy clients and conduct evaluations with appropriate tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve personal care, participation, and independence.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Modify environments and use assistive tech to support participation.
• Educate families and caregivers to support skills at home and school.
• Prepare evaluation reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with educational personnel and other service providers for continuity of care.
• Supervise OT assistants and support staff as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards and regulations.
