Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate individualized OT programs for clients.
• Screen and evaluate clients using appropriate assessment tools.
• Implement evidence-based OT interventions addressing daily living activities.
• Document evaluation reports, sessions, scheduling, and billing accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educational personnel to plan education goals.
• Supervise OT assistants and support staff as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and facility policies.
