Children’s Therapy Center in Burien, WA is seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join the ESIT team, serving infants and toddlers. The role emphasizes sensory processing, play‑based therapy, and collaboration with families to support development.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Must have or obtain a WA OT license.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Strong communication skills and listening abilities.
• Organized and detail oriented with good time management.
• Collaborative team player with inclusive mindset.
• Valid WA driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead family‑centered screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments.
• Educate parents on child development across cultures and environments.
• Provide coaching in home, natural environment or telehealth.
• Coach caregivers to support healthy routines for the child.
• Develop and implement IFSP with families and ESIT team.
• Build strong relationships with families and multi‑disciplinary ESIT staff.
• Participate in team meetings, staffing, and in‑services.
• Embrace diversity and integrate cultural perspectives into daily routines.
