Genesis HealthCare is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide early intervention services for infants and toddlers in the Greater Chicago area. You will assess, plan, implement, and document OT services under physician orders, and collaborate with families and care teams.

The role includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus, full-time benefits, and opportunities for mentorship and CEU credits as part of ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Current NBCOT registration.
• Unencumbered OT license in the practicing state.
• Temporary or full credential required.

Responsibilities

• Provides occupational therapy services to children birth to three.
• Performs evaluations and IFSP updates.
• Establishes treatment schedule and delivers services per IFSP.
• Educates families and caregivers.
