Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy accredited by ACOTE.
Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy is required.
Must hold a valid occupational therapy license for Illinois.
Early Intervention Temporary or Full Credential is essential.
Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to children aged birth to three.
Perform evaluations and assessments and update the IFSP.
Establish treatment schedule as mandated in the IFSP.
Participate in family and caregiver education.
