Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy accredited by ACOTE.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Must hold a valid occupational therapy license for Illinois.
• Early Intervention Temporary or Full Credential is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to children aged birth to three.
• Perform evaluations and assessments and update the IFSP.
• Establish treatment schedule as mandated in the IFSP.
• Participate in family and caregiver education.
