Partners in Development, PLLC is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for home-based early intervention in the Chicagoland area. You will serve infants and toddlers in their natural environments, coaching families to integrate therapy into daily routines and contributing to IFSP goals.
The role emphasizes play-based, family-centered care, with support to obtain the Illinois EI credential. Flexible scheduling and a baseline of 25 sessions per week, plus a 20% lift for sessions beyond
$70,000 - $85,000
At Partners in Development, we believe the most meaningful growth happens in everyday moments: play, meals, bedtime routines, and all the in-between times that make up a child's world. We work alongside parents and caregivers, not just with the child, because families are the experts on their own lives. Our sessions are play-based, child-led, and grounded in early intervention principles. We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who works the same way.
This is a home-based role serving primarily early-intervention clients (birth to three) in the Chicagoland area.
You’ll see children in their natural environment, coach the adults who are with them all week, and build goals that fit each family's real routines. You’ll learn directly from our founder and get support obtaining your Illinois Early Intervention credential.
You set your own schedule and build your caseload around your life and your families' routines. Full-time position is a minimum of 25 sessions per week. Sessions beyond this baseline are paid with a 20% increase of your hourly rate.
