Powerback Pediatrics in the Greater Chicago area is hiring an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to provide services to birth to three children, conduct assessments, plan and implement programs, and document care under physician orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum (ACOTE)
• Initial NBCOT registration is required
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required by state
• EI Temporary or Full Credential applicable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership and customer relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Provides OT services to birth to three children.
• Performs evaluations and updates to the IFSP.
• Establishes treatment schedules and delivers services as per IFSP.
• Involves family and caregiver education.
