Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of the client’s developmental status.
• Assess family and child strengths/resources, concerns, and progress.
• Provide child and family centered services and activities developmentally appropriate for birth to three.
• Provide service coordination by scheduling, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the intervention plan.
• Partner with families in IFSPs to identify goals, objectives, and strategies.
• Facilitate parent-child interactions to encourage development; assist families to advocate for their child.
• Complete progress notes, reports, assessments, and correspondence using the Thom electronic documentation system.
• Provide individual and group intervention for infants and toddlers from birth to three with developmental delays or risks.
