Job summary

Pediastaff is seeking an occupational therapist to join a collaborative team in California. You will work in the clinic or out in the field with a birth to 5 caseload, partnering with parents to meet EI needs and support social-emotional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and CA state license or eligibility.
• Experience in pediatrics and knowledge of IFSP process for kids birth-5.
• Bilingual a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services in clinic or in the field (EI).
• Caseload of birth to 5 and work with parents to meet EI needs and social-emotional development.
• Educate parents/caregivers and work in community settings and childcare environments.
• Training opportunities for parent coaching and skill advancement.
