Job summary

Pediastaff is seeking an occupational therapist to join a collaborative team in California. You will work in the clinic or out in the field with a birth to 5 caseload, partnering with parents to meet EI needs and support social-emotional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and CA state license or eligibility.
• Experience in pediatrics and knowledge of IFSP process for kids birth-5.
• Bilingual a plus but not required.

• Caseload of birth to 5 and work with parents to meet EI needs and social-emotional development.
• Educate parents/caregivers and work in community settings and childcare environments.

• You’ll treat a caseload of birth to 5 and work alongside parents to achieve best outcomes for the child meeting their EI needs and social-emotional development.
• This organization provides comprehensive support to not only the child, but to the parents as well.
• Focus is on feeding, physical, emotional, sensory and cognitive skills.
• Training program available to advance your skills with parent coaching.
• You’ll provide parent/caregiver education and work in the clinic and in the community at childcare settings and in other natural environments.
• Preferred experience in pediatrics, current CA license, and knowledge of IFSP process for kids birth-5. Bilingual a plus but not required.
