Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy Inc in Norco/Corona, California is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a fast-paced outpatient team. You will provide direct OT services to children, collaborate with PT and SLP colleagues, and participate in an evidence-based hippo/horse therapy program when applicable.

Qualifications

• Valid California COTA license is required or in process.
• Pediatric therapy experience is a plus and a strong collaborative mindset.
• Ability to meet TB test, Livescan, CPR requirements and clinic safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy to children following treatment plans.
• Help children achieve goals and increase independence in daily living activities.
• Document patient performance and data collection accurately.
• Prepare materials and adapt equipment for therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with families.
• Deliver home exercise programs and caregiver instruction post-discharge.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
